Unique Wedding Bell!

Tuesday, April 28th, 2009

The wedding bells rang, rose petals were being tossed and our friends and family were yelling their congratulations as we left the church for our limo ride to the reception. That’s the way our ceremony went. There was such a wonderful collection of accessories to help plan our wedding and make our ceremony so perfect. With all the exceptional accessories and supplies at my disposal there was no way this wedding and reception wouldn’t be a success.

Starting with the invitations and ending with the perfect little thank you gifts, they had it all. Our invitations were quite lovely with the silver printing on the front. I also ordered from this fantastic choice of accesssories, the ring bearer pillow and flower girl basket, which came as a set. It was actually more than the basket and pillow, it also had my wedding garter, guest book and pen set, in a gorgeous rich garnet. Five items bought as a group, that cost a lot less than you would think.

They also had an aisle runner I really liked, so I ordered that to my list of wedding supplies. The process of selecting wedding bell decoration was really a great one. All the little bells were ringing at the end of the ceremony, as we made our way to the limo. I really liked the idea of the bell ringing.

The accessories for our wedding ceremony wasn’t all I ordered, I also got our supplies for our reception there too. They really had quite a collection of gorgeous wedding reception accessories to choose from. I wanted to make our reception tables sparkle, so I ordered as much crystal as I could get away with, starting with crystal champagne flutes. There were twisted stemmed flutes which I ordered for our guests and a special toasting flute set I ordered especially for the bride and groom for our table. The wedding silver bells I picked out not only helped to add the sparkle I wanted for my tables, but served as a wedding favor for each of our guests.

There were so many lovely accessories, that I really wanted to buy them all, but that would have been going a little overboard on the décor. I did order some very nice wedding favors for our guests that were lovely glass table coasters. Each set of coasters had a special calla lilie design. I put the wedding favors in little silver party favor boxes that came with thank you cards for each of them. The wedding favors in their little silver boxes made our tables even more elegant. There were also some very unique centerpieces on our reception tables, made up of flowers and candles, that I bought online.

At the end of the reception hall was our wedding cake on a special little table. Three tiers of luscious chocolate and cherries with a gorgeous wedding cake topper as the crowning glory. I really fell in love with the cake topper I bought, with it’s attractive little ribbon made into a bow at the bottom of the heart with calla lilies added. The reception was fantastic, as was the wedding ceremony. With all the tons of wedding pictures we had, I finally had to order another wedding album to store them all in. There were several pictures of us cutting the wedding cake and feeding that first piece to each other. There were also pictures of our first dance together as man and wife, our guests on the dance floor and an adorable picture of the flower girl and ring boy dancing together.

Our friends and family told me they had a fantastic time at our reception and that they think I did a spectacular job in planning the wedding décor. I plan on having another wedding ceremony and reception for our anniversary one year and I was so glad to hear that my wonderful husband thinks that’s a fantastic idea.
